What Are Credits & How Can I Use Them To Advertise My Sites?
One credit allows you to send an email to one other member. What we do is when you click the links in other peoples emails and match the symbol we reward you with a number of credits. These credits can then be used to send mails to other members who can click on the links to collect credits themselves.

How Do I Get/Collect/Earn Credits?
Simply click the links in the emails you receive from other members, wait for the timer to count down and then click the matching image. You will then be rewarded some credits for that view of another members site.

My Email Failed The Checker & Will Not Send, Why?
The checker should inform you of the reason for failure. You can correct the issue and try again. If you still have trouble but believe there is no issue with the site you are promoting then please submit a support ticket with the Subject Line, Email Text & the full link as you added it so we can look into this for you. A common issue is that the checker can not check the security certificate on the site. You can solve this by using http:// instead of https:// at the beginning of your URL.

Can I Buy Credits?
Yes, if you would rather purchase credits instead of clicking email links to generate free traffic then you are able to purchase them inside the members area.

Why Or Will I Get Lots Of Email?
We are a mailer so you will receive lots of emails from other members. These contain the links for you to click and collect email credits. Because we are a mailer we recommend you join using a email address you normally use for mailers or safe lists and filter your emails from us into a separate folder.

I Have Forgot My Password?
You can request your password or password change by using the forgot password page. Linked from the login page. Your passwords are encrypted so we are unable to give it to you so if the system mail does not find its way to you then you can request by support ticket that we reset it to one of our choice and you can change it when logging in.

I Am Not Getting Emails / Verification Emails From Top Of The Class Mailer?
You can use the resend page. Link to this can also be found on the login page. This will resend the email confirmation link to you. Sadly all our system can do is send out the link. If you do not get it then it will be down to your email service provider blocking our emails. You can whitelist us as this normally solves it. If after whitelisting you still do not get emails from us then you will need to use a different email.

How Much Is It To Join?
Top Of The Class Mailer is free to join and use. We make our money from advertising on the site and by email.

How Can I Contact You For Support?
We are easily reachable using our support ticket system. See the support link in the page footers and also in the members menu. We aim to get back to you ASAP normally within 12 hours.

Can I Earn Money With Your Site?
You are rewarded with a 30% affiliate commission when someone you directly introduce to us upgrades or makes a purchase. You can also use our advertising to promote your sites or affiliate links that in turn could make you money.

How Can I Cancel My Account If I Do Not Like It?
Inside you can simply click on your profile/details page found in the members menu and you will find a delete account button. This will instantly remove your account and stop all emails from us. Please note this action is final we do not hold any information after you delete your account so we are unable to get your account back.
